Our Terms and conditions

Insurance

Insurance is the responsibility of the participant. There is no accident or health insurance for participants in the program, participants and/or customer have to provide sufficient insurance protection.

Cancellation and refund of tuition

In case of illness or accident, already paid prices will be refunded only if a medical certificate may be submitted and has been notified of cancellation up to 30 minutes prior by phone or in person at the office. Refund for Cancellation of already paid Kids land group courses can only be asserted when they are reported by the previous evening (16:00) of instruction in person or by phone at our office.

Cancellation of the reservation

You may at any time withdraw from the reservation. Cancellation must be notified in person or by telephone our office no later than the day before (16:00 clock) of instruction. Cancellation by email or postal mail must arrive with us 48 hours before the start of the lessons.

As a result of the weather and snow conditions neither price nor shifts cancellations can be made with refunds. Not paid reservations remain binding and be collected.

If we as a course organizer for organizational reasons (less than four students, no mountain railway operation or closed area, teachers not available in case of short term illness or accident) a course can not perform, we will refund already paid lessons to 100%.

Group lessons

Group courses take place only above four students. If a group course due to lack of participants can not take place, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation and to offer an alternative (private lessons, grooupe lessons at another time eg. afternoon or full day). At the latest the day before the group lesson we can decide about a confirmation or cancellation of the course.

Private Lessons

Private lessons must be paid before the lesson start.

Free Offers

Basically, we grant a one-time free offer to one person. Further bookings of the same offer will be charged at the valid tariff which corresponds to the person.

Teachers inserts

We reserve the right to replace teachers at any time if there is no organizational alternatives. As a result of that there is no guarantee that the same teacher will make all the lessons of the course. Commitments can be made only referring to the whole organization and the teacher is serviceable (illness, accident, termination, etc.).

Entitlement to benefits

Reservations and registrations will be handled according to the input. If there is no spaces in group classes or no teacher avaible for the private lessons and according to this we can not offer any more acceptable alternative, we have to withdraw the offer and cancel it without replacement.

Any exchange, return and complaints of products

The customer has the right to revoke the conclusion of the contract within a period of 10 calendar days without giving reasons and to return the goods.
It is the customer’s responsibility to check the goods immediately upon delivery and to complain about any defects or deviations from their order. Said complaints or objections must be communicated by fax or registered mail within the shortest possible time and at most within 10 calendar days after delivery.
The delivered goods must be returned undamaged, functional, complete and in the original packaging and the proof of purchase must be enclosed. Items that are incomplete, damaged or soiled by the customer will not be accepted for return.
The right of return begins when the customer receives the goods. Generally excluded from the right of return are based on customer specifically ordered, custom built and / or custom products. If the customer has the goods returned properly on time, he receives a credit voucher (refund).
The shipping costs in case of return of goods are at the expense of the customer.

Litigation

The present contract shall be subject to the law of Switzerland. In case of dispute, the court location is Chur.
